For over a decade, I have been actively involved in the digital market. Since 2016, I have implemented data-driven design strategies and user-centric design (UCD) methods to create products that are results-oriented and process-driven.
I am trying to balance user and business needs to create usable, valuable and delightful products.
My expertise in product design has been honed over seven years of designing products that cater to the needs of digital market customers and users. In addition, I have successfully led product design teams for two years and conducted UX research and design experiences with UCD for six years.
My skills in visual design, interface construction, branding, and storytelling date back to 2012, and I have gained extensive knowledge in the product life cycle in SaaS from design to deployment over the past three years. I am confident in my abilities and always maintain a professional demeanour.

As a researcher, I believe in thoroughly exploring people's lives to uncover their challenges and identify potential opportunities for products or services. My confidence in this approach stems from the knowledge that omitting any information would hinder my ability to truly understand their story.
Product Strategy
Any product that does not solve a real problem is useless.
I thoroughly enjoy the process of comprehending people and their issues, followed by determining the appropriate product solution that can resolve their problems effectively. Additionally, I find it fascinating to plan the product features and decide the sequence in which they should be introduced.
Experience design
My strength is in looking at the experience as a whole.
As a professional, I believe in considering the bigger picture when it comes to creating great experiences. This involves not only what appears on the screen, but also the process of sketching, wire-framing, and prototyping, which I am highly skilled in. No aspect of the experience should be overlooked.
Deliverable
The delivery process is important as other phase of work processing.
Maintaining consistency between user stories and the final product is a top priority for developers and stakeholders. Therefore, they pay special attention to mock-up prototyping to ensure accuracy and deliver results that align with the initial reference.
